I coach people on how to create sustainable habits and better their relationship with food/movement.I teach you how to link your life with new habits and behaviours. I also offer support to recognise cues to habits in order to build new ones.
I offer daily accountability through WhatsApp on anything that arises in your day.

How will this improve your life?

Following an initial call with myself, we will decide what you would like to start to introduce to your day.My coaching begins with "4C's" (commitment, consistency, control & choices). We discuss how we use these 4C's in your life, especially with nutrition and movement. You will start to see basic routines in your life change and goals becoming byproducts of your actions.

There are times I really need this, especially in the first few weeks as there is so much to take in and learn. But also to have Marina there to celebrate my achievements and praise me when I reach my goals.

Runner #1
I started running in October and today I completed a 8k run. I actually thought today, 6 months ago I struggled to breath whilst walking up a hill and now I’m out running with complete ease, and loving every minute of it! I tried running in the past following the couch to 5k app, but this always led to injury a few weeks in. My running programme with Marina was a game changer! She set out each week to suit my needs and my fitness level at that time. From there she scaffolded my running to ensure I was injury free, and it worked!

Before I started my running journey, I thought that it simply wasn't within my capabilities. Watching others run past, I would wish I could join them, but my mind always circled back to the idea that my lack of physical endurance made it an unattainable dream. With each passing year, my weight increased and so did my doubts about ever being able to run. Yet, I would still think about it whenever I witnessed someone running.
Then, I met Marina and asked her if running could ever be a reality for someone like me. Her response was a resounding affirmation, brushing off my doubts about my weight or endurance. Together, we drafted a path, setting a goal and a timeline, and she provided me with a program to kick-start my journey.
