I help women in their 30s and 40s who feel stuck in a cycle of starting and stopping finally build habits they can maintain — without extremes, guilt, or burnout.
Most of the women I work with are capable, driven, and busy. They know what to do, but struggle to stay consistent once real life gets in the way. My role isn’t to hand you another plan, it’s to help you change how you follow through. My coaching focuses on linking habits to your actual life, not an ideal one. Together, we work on:
• Building structure that supports you on busy, stressful weeks
• Understanding food and movement without fear or restriction
• Recognising the patterns and cues that keep pulling you back into old habits
• Creating consistency that doesn’t rely on motivationSupport is daily and real. I provide ongoing accountability through WhatsApp, not just for workouts or food, but for the moments where decisions feel difficult-stress, fatigue, social plans, and everything in between. This isn’t about doing more or being stricter.
It’s about learning how to trust yourself again and creating a way of living that finally feels sustainable.
You’re not failing because you lack discipline.
You’re stuck because you’ve been relying on short-term fixes in a long-term life.If you:
• Start diets with good intentions and stop when life gets busy
• Feel frustrated that you “know what to do” but can’t stay consistent
• Are tired of feeling disappointed in yourself around food, exercise, or routinesThis is exactly who my coaching is for.I help women step out of the cycle of starting over and build a way of living that actually fits their real life; work, stress, social plans and all.
This coaching isn’t about perfection or rigid rules.
It’s about creating a life where your habits finally support you instead of fighting you. With the right structure and support, you will:
• Stop the cycle of starting and stopping
• Know exactly what to focus on each day without overwhelm
• Feel calmer and more in control around food
• Train and move in a way that fits your energy, schedule, and goals
• See progress because your actions are consistent-not extremeInstead of relying on motivation, you’ll build routines that hold up during busy weeks, stressful periods, and social events.Over time, fat loss, strength, confidence, and energy stop being things you chase-they become the natural result of how you live.
Are you readyto allow yourself to change your life?
Follow through on habits without relying on motivation
Stop feeling out of control around food
Train and move in a way that supports your life, not drains it
Feel confident in your body and your clothes again
Trust yourself to maintain results and stop starting over
This isn’t about being perfect or “on track” all the time.
It’s about learning how to make decisions you can stand over-even on busy, stressful days.If you’re willing to change how you approach food, movement, and daily structure, this coaching will give you the tools, support, and accountability to do that consistently. The result isn’t just physical change.
It’s self-trust, clarity, and a way of living that finally feels sustainable.

I started running in October and today I completed a 8k run. I actually thought today, 6 months ago I struggled to breath whilst walking up a hill and now I’m out running with complete ease, and loving every minute of it! I tried running in the past following the couch to 5k app, but this always led to injury a few weeks in. My running programme with Marina was a game changer! She set out each week to suit my needs and my fitness level at that time. From there she scaffolded my running to ensure I was injury free, and it worked, I am now running consistently x3 a week!
Runner #2
Before I started my running journey, I thought that it simply wasn't within my capabilities. Watching others run past, I would wish I could join them, but my mind always circled back to the idea that my lack of physical endurance made it an unattainable dream. With each passing year, my weight increased and so did my doubts about ever being able to run. Yet, I would still think about it whenever I witnessed someone running.
Then, I met Marina and asked her if running could ever be a reality for someone like me. Her response was a resounding affirmation, brushing off my doubts about my weight or endurance. Together, we drafted a path, setting a goal and a timeline, and she provided me with a program to kick-start my journey.
